Worskshop registration and abstract submission
Two independent registrations will be asked. Workshop attendance will require one registration which will enable online payment of the fee. Abstract submission will require a registration to the workshop indico web site. Registrations will be available early in 2019 and their opening will be announced by email.
Both submissions and registrations can only be done with a valid login.

Abstract submission
To submit an abstract and to further manage your conference material you need to register on the INFN indico site
Please note that the INFN indico site is changing shortly the authentication method. At some point you might be asked to make a new registration to get INFN credentials. When asked, please register again with the same email address in order to access your previous registration.

Workshop registration
Our partner Promoest will handle your workshop registration, fee payment, and social event participation. You can register on their web site. You will find also a list of selected hotels where we have a number of rooms allocated for LTD-18 participants at reduced rates.

The students and regular participant registration fee includes
- the coffee breaks and lunches during the workshop
- the welcome buffet on Sunday July 21st
- the poster session evening buffet on Monday July 22nd
The accompanying person registration fee includes
- the welcome buffet on Sunday July 21st
- the poster session evening buffet on Monday July 22nd
